By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

You must not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent activities.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Shirt colors and print appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

Please review the product description, available options, and size chart before ordering. These terms do not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

3. Orders and payment

Please check your selected size, color, shipping address, and contact details before completing checkout.

Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a listing error, or another issue, we will contact you. If we cancel your order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

4. Production and shipping

We print each T-shirt after you place your order. Please allow three days for production before shipping.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances. If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@threadedquotes.com as soon as possible.

Because production begins after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be accommodated. This does not affect your eligibility under our Return and Refund Policy or your rights under applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.

Customers pay return shipping for changes of mind or sizing returns. We cover any required return shipping for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

7. Privacy
