Thank you for shopping with Threaded Quotes! Here’s what to expect after placing your order.

Production time

We print each T-shirt after you place your order. Please allow three days for production before shipping.

Production time is separate from delivery time. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.

If we cannot ship within the expected production period, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

We ship to destinations supported by our checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, contact support@threadedquotes.com before placing an order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Any transit estimate shown at checkout applies after your package is shipped, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays may affect arrival times.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If tracking is available for your shipment, the confirmation will include tracking details.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping address changes

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, email support@threadedquotes.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We’ll try to update it, but changes may not be possible once the package has shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact support@threadedquotes.com with your order number.

For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging if available. We’ll help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

International orders

If international shipping is available at checkout, customs processing may affect delivery time. Applicable import duties, taxes, or handling fees may be collected at checkout or by the carrier or customs authority.

Please review any charges shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable upon arrival, subject to applicable law.
