Return and Refund Policy

At Threaded Quotes, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If your shirt isn’t right for you, we’re here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, your shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with any original tags attached. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Our standard designs are eligible for returns even though we print each shirt after you order.

How to request a return

Email support@threadedquotes.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help process your return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for changes of mind or sizing returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If we sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll cover any required return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, email support@threadedquotes.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for changes of mind or sizing returns, except where required by law. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll refund any applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us at support@threadedquotes.com. We’ll help you arrange an eligible return and explain how to order the replacement.
